1. What does your DeviantArt name mean and why did you join this site? my dA name means whatever you want it to mean, though usually it brings to my mind some out-of-this-world kisses i joined dA because my cousin suggested it to me, and i try to write things

I have to pick summer, because you can't get the feeling of Summer in any other season (obviously) though Autumn and Spring sometimes feel like Winter. Plus, I love going to the beach and all the things summer brings... like holidays, mangoes and watermelon, sunbaking and dresses.

I adore both, but I couldn't survive without the sun.

After my joyous complain in my previous journal entry, things are starting to look better.

Received a call earlier from a clothing store asking me if I was still looking for work, waiting for a call back right now. Also applied at the post office which, I must admit, would be a dream job.
Got tickets to coldplay concert, fuch yes.
Finished another short story.
Mastered the art of baking bagels.

Recently I finished school and I am now looking for a job. I have only been looking for about two weeks but nobody has really shown an interest in me just yet. I am trying to enjoy my time at home, relaxing, but the prospect of money is starting to bite at my nerves. I haven't had money in substantial amounts for at least a year now and let me tell you, even enough to buy a new book would be nice. Due to this shortage of money I am unable to go to my graduation dinner tonight and I'm not with my friends on schoolies week. Alas, I will be patient!

My exam results come out in less than two weeks. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Terrified, excited... a mixture of things, for sure. I haven't thought about my exams/school in a little while and I haven't started to miss it yet, perhaps because it feels like i'm just on Christmas holidays.

Oh moses, Christmas already! This year really has flown, but so does every year, it seems. My family & I baked gingerbread houses yesterday, a total of five. It's always good fun, and the smell of gingerbread cooking is one of the best I know. Can't wait to eat them! Nomnomnom.

I'm still in love, and waiting. We've been talking for almost two years now and he'll hopefully be here by April. Fingers crossed.

I uploaded a story recently which I am unsure about. Either way, i've submitted it for a critique which would be wonderful and any suggestions are welcome I hope to be writing more soon enough, as I somewhat died for most of the year!

Also, summer has begun! Time to bring out the watermelon and tanning lotion.
